Whatsapp plans to input ”Share your Location” in their App.

WhatsApp has an update currently in beta testing that could let you share your location with contacts of your choice and it could make it to the final update that gets pushed to devices all over the world.

According to WABetaInfo, the beta update also comes with some User Interface (UI) changes. When the feature is enabled, a green live location button that lets you share your location with whoever you’re chatting with in real time will show up.

That means when you do update your WhatsApp, your location sharing capabilities will not be available till you enable them yourself.

But it does mean that WhatsApp is thinking about such a feature and it could come in a much later update.
