No 'kill switch' for Malware cyber attack for now.

There's not yet a "kill switch" that's able to stop the cyber attack that has hit businesses around the world. The ransomware virus spread quickly on Tuesday yesterday 27th June, shutting down entire computer networks and demanding users pay a ransom to get their files back.

A kill switch is a feature that would automatically stop the spread of the ransomware.
The victims of this cyber attack are spread around the globe and across different industries, including banking, transportation, shipping and energy.

The email account associated with the ransomware has been blocked, so even if victims pay as instructed by the virus, the affected companies won't get their files back.
